WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

It does not matter who can establish the connection; it is sufficient that it is possible. As you can see, almost all data can be considered personal—even technical details.

There are many ways to handle personal data. This includes everything from collection to deletion. Data can be recorded, organized, sorted, stored, adapted, altered, retrieved, queried, used, disclosed, transmitted, or made available. Essentially, processing occurs almost all the time.

WHAT DATA IS PROCESSED WHEN BROWSING THIS WEBSITE?

I offer a contact option via WhatsApp, provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. If you contact me via WhatsApp, your data may be transferred to servers in the USA. Meta Platforms, Inc. ensures compliance with data protection standards under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
Your use of WhatsApp and the associated data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). Messages are stored for the duration of our collaboration. If no contract is established, your messages and data will be deleted immediately.

To fulfill contracts and issue invoices, I process and store personal data such as names, addresses, and email addresses. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR (statutory retention).
